All items sold on KidsSwap are final sale. However, if an item arrives significantly different from its description (wrong size, visible damage not disclosed, etc.), you may request a review for a refund.

If you receive an incorrect or misrepresented item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through your account with clear photos and a description of the issue.
๐ Buyer Protection
We protect buyers by holding funds until the seller confirms shipment and tracking. Disputes are handled fairly by our support team.

- Items damaged after delivery
- Incorrect sizing due to buyer error
- Normal wear consistent with "used" condition
Frequently Asked Questions
Log in to your account, go to your orders, and use the "Report an Issue" button within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the problem.
If the item is misrepresented or incorrect, the seller covers return shipping. Otherwise, returns are not accepted for buyerโs remorse or sizing errors.
Our support team investigates disputes fairly. If the return request is denied, the item is considered final sale unless otherwise resolved with the seller.
Currently, we only offer refunds for approved return requests. Exchanges are not supported at this time, but you may repurchase a similar item from the platform.
